- Fill the sink with hot water and add 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent.
- Wash the ceramic cookware in the sink with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad. Use small, circular motions to remove any food residue. If the residue doesn’t come off, allow the cookware to soak up to 30 minutes and wash it again.
- Dry the cookware with towel. Do not let it dry by itself.
Seasoned Stoneware
- Rinse the stoneware with hot water to remove the food particles.
- Scrub the stoneware with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad. Don’t use soap to clean the stoneware because it can remove the seasoning.
- Rinse the stoneware with water.
- Dry the catering equipment with a towel.
